Yes! I've been using the fox for months, I'd never go back to Explorer.

It's pretty good. I use it whenever Opera screws up the DOM rendering, which unfortunately is quite often. Thankfully not many actually use DOM.

It won't have viruses if you get it from the official site.

I use Ff for most websites and Maxthon-enhanced IE for those that are best viewed with IE.

Then go to www.firefox.com and download it. Set it to your default browser, and you're ready to go.

Firefox flaws:
Buffer overflows because of the way Mozilla processes the NNTP (news) protocols. This creates a way for crackers to inject hostile code into your system.
There's a flaw that allows in dowloads a spoof of source display from other sites.
A less serious problem affecting "Thunderbird"; temporary files are stored in a format that allows other users to read the contents of downloads and attachments off the same machine.
Mozilla Firefox (open source software) allows 3rd part users to view your browsing habits from their own computers. It's no wonder why the Department of Homeland Security is urging people to use it. It's a better way to spy on all of you.

I just got firefox because of this thread. It's fast and unlike explorer it actually works properly but it only displays 2 lines of text on my regular chat server. What the shit is up with that.
