Yes.. It's the Frog's Theme. It's about a Knight, who tried to fight off Magus to save the queen(one of the main evil badguys), and lost, and was turned into a frog. Damn cool character.
Chrono Trigger was probably one of the best games of the decade. 1980's. Till RPG'ers till now, still regarded it as one of the best RPG's of all time.
Get the ROM online if you can find for it.

Chrono Trigger has awesome music. There is a ROM that contains a simple music player for all the music in CT. I can't remember where I found it, but it's called "Chrono Trigger Music Library". The names of the songs are displayed in japanese, but that doesn't really matter... Just connect a stereo to your computer, play some CT music and turn up the volume. :)

My favorite music in a video game is a three way tie, Halo, Homeworld (1 and 2) and Armored Core (SL). Halo, what sold me is that men's choir song, that was just so powerful ... just great. Armored Core SL, some of the best techno out there, and its perfect for the high speed action of the game. Homeworld ... Well ... If you've played Homeworld, you know its one of those games that just kind of sucks you into the plot and won't let go. The music is used to emphasise the plot and the action, and its not only very well done, the affect it has on gameplay and the player ... Its just amazing.

Skies of arcadia. - Rock on.
Phantasy Star Online - again, rock on.
Phantasmagoria - ???
Final Fantasy... all of em. - We are sooo similar.
Macross (all of em) - Never seen it.
3x3 Evo - ?
Puyo Puyo - ?!?!?
and of course... Dance Dance Revolution - Perhaps we are not so alike after all.
Impressive.
Phantasmagoria: In my opinion, the first and best horror game for the PC. If you can find a copy... try it out. 7 disks of pure creepiness. Phantasmagoria II was more Grotesque than horror.
Macross games are baised off of the Anime series Macross (robotech) Great soundtrack (japanese version of course).
3x3 Evo: Offroad racing for the Dreamcast.
Pyuo Pyuo: Think Dr. Mario... but with little jelly blobs... the songs will take up residence in your brain... and never leave!!!

Hmmmm.... difficult one this.
Teh list!
FFVII - One Winged Angel (as long as it's the cool orchestrated one)
FFVIII - Liberi Fatali (which is by Mozart, originally, then twisted til it fits, no?)
Homeworld - Agnus Dei (choral version of Barbers Adagio for strings)
Homeworld - Homeworld (by Yes. I liked it.)
Sonic 1 - Scrap Brain. (the last level, but not the boss)
Battle for Middle Earth - All of it, TLOTR soundtrack is the best.
Any Star Wars game - I'm cheating quite blatantly now.
HL2 music - (not what I normally listen to, but it fits PERFECTLY)
And others...
Cannot think of a name
