You have no chance of accidentally linking to outwar- its about as likely as accidentally linking to goatse.
basic you click on a link that leads to outwars, says some stuff, that person gets some points, and you help him get 1 point closer to prizes and money and stuff.

Just about every site mentioned in a Newgrounds review is an outwar link. Gets so annoying, especially when they promise good things. :(
