*Vex peered out of the office window, across the snow-covered grounds. the bright sunshine and clear blue skies made the scene look very inviting, but in reality, it was brutally cold outside. this would be a weekend for saunas and hot tubs and heated indoor pools, all three of which the Paradise Club had operating 24/7 for it’s patrons. if the club was still open for business, or, he supposed, even if it was not, he might have to indulge himself, if he could find the time. so many matters to attend to…*

We'll just have to wait and see what happens at the preliminary hearing. If we're lucky, they'll throw your criminal charges right out the door. At this point, I'm more concerned that they may try and shut the doors of the Paradise Club.

I think they may very well try. We'd probably have to get some kind of restraining order, or what ever they're called. It would be a huge hassle and not very good publicity for the club. We'll have to keep our fingers crossed.

Stag overheard the conversation about the club closing down and gave a universal curse to all lawyers. He was allergic to the buggers so he usually avoided them. As he was wondering round aimlessly, he decided the club needed more ambience, so he sat down at the old piano at the bar and played an old tune. He also decided it would go hard for somone if they uttered 'play it again sam'.
I mean they could at least use his name.

Ju walks in with several large bags... he proceeds to enter the kitchen. Inside he take down a cutting board and a knife. looking around to make sure he's alone, he "plucks" an apple and cuts it in half. he examines the insides and with a disgusted frown, he stuffs both halves into the garbage disposal and runs it for a full minute.

With a sigh, he turns to the sacks and proceeds to prep for his last best shot.

Ju goes to the Downstairs Ballroom and cleans up... he places a sign outside the ballroom that reads "Closed for Private Party"

Ju walks upstairs with a glass of champaine in a bed of ice. He takes it up to Gides room and places it on the night stand with an Envelope. He looks at Gides sleeping form... sighs and goes back downstairs, sprinkling rose petals on the ground... leading to the lower ballroom.

Stag heard the music leaking through into the hall.
Dear me, I'v been userped as the pianist already.
He grinned and shrugged, hed heard there was a party being prepared and so he saw no harm in helping out. He sauntered into the kitchen unnoticed and threw together some finger foods. He'd always thought finger foods were rather a waste of time, if you could see the plate then the portions werent big enough.

Ju comes up from the ballroom and enters the kitchen... and stares at the plates of fingerfoods... I don't recall making those.... :confused:

Too often in our society is romance generalized. Something that passes for romance, such as roses or candy, have become commercialized to the point where real romance is dead. Youths today dont know the real meaning of romance anymore, they assume its something cheesy and dorky and shy away from it. But once, every thousand years or so, one man comes along to change the whole perspective on this too often ignored practise. Something as simple as a note can transform into a lasting ballad that tugs at the heartstrings and lasts for eternity. These men, too few and far between, have an immense power, a power no downsayer can detroy, no blight can disease, a love so lasting and pure, it can withstand an eternity. A love forever pure.
