Well, if you're feeling down, follow this advice i got from a standup comedian - take a home pregnancy test. Then you can say "at least I'm not pregnant."

Also, another comedian once sung that you've got a friend in porn, so get to it :fluffle:

But hey, at least you've got you're health (i'm assuming) and your life. If you're really feeling blue, hang out with friends/family, people you like around. Also, find something to keep you busy, a hobby, some unfinished work you've put off, and do that for a while, you'll feel beter.

Or, follow the oracle's advice - Here, take a cookie. I promise by the time you're done eating it, you'll feel right as rain.

as a clueless american, i dont understand the last part, but i'll take a shot at it

basically, be firm, serious, and repetitive about telling him no. if he doesnt understand - tell him no again, slower. dont give him the reaction hes looking for, as that will only keep it going. and maybe letting your boyfriend know, its up to you. just basically, be annoying and mean to him about telling him not a chance in hell. let him know that he'll either 1) leave you alone, or 2) get told no alot. no other options.
