Mine would be:
1. Cutting off eyelids and tying down head facing toward the sun while slowly filling up the pool he/she is in with water.
2. Dumping head in a pool of spicy Mexican salsa until drowned
3. Force to watch the same movie (preferably Spanglish) over and over while he is tied to a chair. Do not feed. Do not allow him to sleep.
4. Pretend that everyone ke knows is dead. Even photoshop the pictures of the "dead" bodies. Make him feel that he has nothing to live for. Get him placed under house arrest. Wait for the gunshot in the house and your outside the door.
