Since my other topic was moved because you thought i had a problem with the game, then i'll do this again.
Hi,
Yesterday I posted a link to my message board asking if anyone would help me because I had just started it and I am unexperienced in making and maintaining one. Someone, one of the moderators, locked this topic because they taught that it was advertising, which it wasn't, i was just looking for people who could help me.

E-mail the Invisionfree support and ask them your questions, they'll answer: it's their job.

The mods generally frown on this sort of thing (reposting closed/moved threads).
Yesterday I posted a link to my message board asking if anyone would help me because I had just started it and I am unexperienced in making and maintaining one.
Why on earth would you post that here? As CornixPes II suggestes, ask the site supporting your forum.
Someone, one of the moderators, locked this topic because they taught that it was advertising, which it wasn't, i was just looking for people who could help me.
Again, the mods frown on reposting locked threads. Sice you haven't posted a link to your original thread, it's hard to judge if it was a justified closure.

If you started in October, as your stamp shows, no you haven't. If you are a reborn nation or a puppet, you should indicate such, or else we get confused.

Questions about NationStates Moderation action or policies should be asked on the "Moderation" board (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1231) of the NationStates forums. They should not be asked in "General". Asking "Why was a thread locked?" is a question about a NationStates Moderation action.
You already have a thread in "Moderation" about this here (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=388554); please check that topic. Thank you.
