What Job???
My ideal job would be one with:
-Satisfying work
-Good Salary
-Social work
-Involves Qualifications (degree, A levels)...
-Management position
-Not in an office 12 hours a day
-Hands on work
What Would you reccommend? :confused: :confused: :confused:

Given your ideals, you will have to sacrifice something. (If jobs as you described existed then everyone would want them) You can get everything except the good pay though, in teaching. It is satisfying, it is certainly social, you have to be qualified, teachers generally have to manage the institutions where they work, you are almost never in an office, and you actually do something. The downside is of course the pay, and the parents. Even these can be avoided by becoming a university lecturer, but there the problems tend to be political. (Internal and external)

some of these are controlled by qualifications. This question will seem a little callous, but for the Medicine option I have to ask - how intelligent/dilligent are you?

architect--indoor/outdoor kinda job eh?
hydrologist--every county needs one these days so you could live anywhere that strikes your fancy
civil engineer another good indoor/outdoor kinda job that is done everywhere. my brother in law is a licensed soil inspector for big construction sites. the guy who makes sure that its not all gonna sink into the ground once its done. its lucrative, hands on, indoor/outdoor and in great demand.
