I believe that without arguments over change in small stores, there'd be no Chaos Theory. This in turn would lead to less money in research grants and therefore more to be spent on ice cream, beer, and cool wigs. That's a whole lot of happiness which is being washed like a cave-dwelling marmoset's feet a the hands of a soccer referee in heat, people.

The truth is we're all so much meat in a pie, where bakers have too many ovens.

Here's what I think.

Life must hold as its primary foundation the opportunity of a knowledge of the divine law. I think that life in General is full of trolls and spam and is not nearly as nice as life in NationStates. Of course, there's more love in general than in internationnal incident. I think overall, life in forum 7 was the best while it lasted.

What do you think about the world in general?
The world is a beautiful and fascinating place, but it must be faced with courage and a continuing decision to be happy. You can decide to be happy regardless of circumstances, although this is a learned behavior and must be practiced often. Love is also a decision, which sometimes must be made on a moment-by-moment basis.

Cultivating a sense of wonder and curiosity also helps greatly. :)

the world is an unpleasant place: war, crime, death, corruption, politicians, an overcompetative attitutde permeates everything we do, a lack of compassion, a lack of thought, a lack of point. people themselves, not 'the government' or whatever people like to blame things on, are the cause of most of the world's problems, and the problems in our daily lives.
oh and life: there is no point but to procreate.

The world -- that's too much for me to consider. My little part of the world, the people and places I touch are all great! During the day, I am walking on sunshine. On some nights, it's a wonderful night for a moon dance. I would say, it's all excellent. Yep, from my perspective, I say "You go, world!"

I think overall, the world is fu*ked, but for individuals, we can do good in our own small areas, making them more palatable for those around us. Humankind is a scourge, a human is a beautiful creature, as is the environment in general. Ultimately, the idiocy of man will inevitably reign supreme. Don't take things too seriously, and you'll be fine. Treat other people with empathy, after all, we're all in this sh*t together. That's my stance.
