i forget, is 12 am day time or night time?
like is 12 noon or midnight, i seriously can't remember.
tell me real answer to, don't try to be all cute and lie. because if you do i will
find you and set your hands on fire so you can't type anymore of your lies. so which is it?!

That's an awkward one for me too.
I tend to say, however, that midnight is 12.00am (or 0.00am), and midday is 12.00pm.

Don't listen to him, he's lying. 12 pm is midnight, 12 am is noon. Think about it. PM = night. Therefore, it makes much more sense that 12 pm = midnight.

think about it, it has to switch from pm to am at some point, right? 12oclock is like 0, which is the perfect time to restart. 12 am is when people are asleep, and 12am (the one it is when its dark out) is when its started as a brand new day.

Well at the moment here it gets dark at about 8:30-9pm, and gets light at about 5:30. That means that its night time for 5 and a half hours in the AM and 3 and a half in the PM....
