Usually I'd agree with you, Anubianna, but in this case FOX actually got it right. That's not to say they didn't spin it their own way, but the story is true.
The guide is intended mostly to help illegals survive the border crossing, which is certainly preferable to them dying en masse of thirst as the attempt to navigate the desert. Granted, it also provides advice on how to live in the US without being caught, but at least someone's making an effort to save some lives here.
