Than I will just say, f*** you, you are denying my freedom of Speech, and I will take you to court.

Or refuse to leave my house, take a stand, and let them kill me than the whole country will be aware, they will be investigated and the US will be back on track.

It is amazing, the sacrifices I am willing to make for my country.

It is also amazing, what Bush has done to this country.

Do you know how many people were recently arrested for insulting Bush?

Its not many, which is a lot to me because that is one of the reasons this country was founded.

Maybe if someone typed on the internet "How to kill Bush" they could take the stand.

However, it must be within the next 4 years, or it will be too late.

What would happen? Woud I get in trouble? Arrested? Lets hope not.

Patriot act my ass!

Have you read Baker's "Checkpoint"? Probably one of the few people since the seventies to make both NBA shortlist and FBI watchlist in a four year span.

With luck, you will not only be arrested, but you will be held incommunicado, with no recourse to any legal representation, no prospect of a trial, and tortured.

It's happened to others, after all.

The FBI won't arrest you for freedom of speech - I too am critical of Bush, but the government is not out to get everybody at every turn, Kramer

Bush's own actions and much of his "integrity" would constitute self-mockery, as it is.
Too bad a great many right-wing f*ckhead followers can't tell the difference and are only making it worse.
But hey, if it helps .... hey Bush? Nyah nyah nyah!

Want to try an experiment?

Type in "How to kill Bushes" into a search engine. It has the double bonus of being grammatically correct, and having two possible meanings (which are so obvious I won't state them.).

Repeat often.

See if you get "the call".

For the record, as a philosophy and intent i think nazis are nearest the bottom of things, but don't detract the point. You need maybe a little more understanding of the actual situation (Ruby Ridge) and for example, i'd venture a guess that your political leanings aren't those of your entire family and maybe someone should ask a few prodding questions at your next family gathering about a nice little prejudicial preoccupation that otherwise might not come up. Then see if you agree with it.
Sometimes, like in the US, you might live with a lot of arseholes who you don't agree with (or you are an arsehole to) but nevertheless share the burden of oft-too-many things socially/economically.
Save your tears for some other occasion.
Consider your response to content and intent of the actual thread.

LOL, I'm a Bush supporter I wasn't calling him a Nazi, I was referring to the man we are talking about, but his name escapes me. He told me the guy wasn't a Nazi so when I wrote "fine, Neo-nazi," I said that the person who's family was killed by the FBI was a neo-nazi.

Here is what makes me mad: when liberals whine and they don't even know what the Patriot Act says.

USA PATRIOT ACT - Uniting and Strengthening America by Proving the Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act

As it was in its first draft, there were problems (though, might I add, it received strong bipartisan support with only one dissenting Senator; that Senator was not John Kerry or John Edwards. It was Russ Feingold). However, federal judges have overturned the parts that reduce due process to arrested U.S. citizens. Alas, let's acknowledge a few facts:

1. Enemies captured on the battlefield have no rights as U.S. citizens; they are prisoners of war and have no right to an attorney or a trial. They have the right to food, shelter, and to be kept alive with the bare necessities. That's it.

2. Most of the Patriot Act is about giving law enforcement agencies better communication with one another, which has nothing to do with civil liberties or the people.

3. Authorities don't have the staff to monitor everyone. Your rights are not being violated, so quit whining. They won't waste their time on you unless you are suspected of being involved in terrorist activities. They won't waste their time checking your library record (which requires a live agent to do in-person at a library) unless they suspect you, and at that point, anyone that would say 'no' to that when it could find a terrorist is an idiot.

So quit complaining until you actually have a reason. You're not a rebel or societal hero; you're just irritating.

There have been cases in which anti-terrorism enforcement have been used against non-political crimes. They are doing little to distinguish what terrorism actually is as it is an abstract idea. It is the catch all nature and expansion of government power that is what is disturbing about it.

I really don't believe you have anything to worry about unless you have a Arabic name and are a muslim. If you are I'd worried because you can just dissapear for a long time.

If they locked up every American who makes fun of Bush you'd have to put a large portion of the American population in detention. If only one in ten who voted against Bush in the last election made fun of him that would be five and half million Americans. Considerably more than that make fun of him. Here's a good one:

"How many Bushs does it take to screw up Iraq?"
