Yes probably a verry newby question too, but I always see nation with like " The something something Empire of something ". And I don't know how a nation can obtain that. A certain amount of time being here or numbe of posts? Or can you change it your self? Because I don't see any option anywhere on how to change what kind of nation you are ( well government wise ). I mean I can only find the default/standard ones like Empire or Dictatorship or United States.

So, it would be appreciated if you could just answer this or something. Thanks.

it depends on your pop. 500 million then you can go into settings and create your own National Title. Until then, you're forced with the standards.
