Love him or hate him, you have to admit, this is pretty sad. :(

Even though Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institue of Allergy and Infection Diseases, of NIH, said on his speech to the Senate subcommittee on labor, health, and human services on 8 April 2003, said that there are approximately 42 million people with AIDS.

Omg, you don't ask questions like that on a forum, go to google and look at various sources, man, come on, be a little self dependant here

But yea, this is sad...

America gives like 350 million dollars to the tsunami (which killed about 150k people), but it doesn't give much at all to try to help with AIDS in Africa that kills more than a million people in Africa a year.

I'm not targeting America, infact almost no one cares about AIDS in Africa

Like hell we don't! Granted, we could be doing so, oh so much more, but besides the fact that cultural and logistical influences make it very difficult, but the U.S. is indeed doing things about AIDS in Africa, which is by far the worst victim of HIV. Sub-Saharan Africa alone has 29 million out of the 42 million people with AIDS worldwide.
