i'd have to say the avocado (croon) or aka aligator pear has got to be one of my all time favorite fruits, hands down. and it is sooo versatile as far as how to make it:
guacomole
plain with a squeeze of lemon juice or with salt
spread on a bagel
on a sandwich
in salad
on the face as a mask
salad dressing
what else...
then as far as a sweet fruit, well the papaya is pretty darn nummy too!

hmm tough question, I love all sorts of fruit.
If I could only have 1 type of fruit for the rest of my life, I guess I'd choose the Apple. Can just walk by an apple tree, pluck one and eat it. No need to peel or cut it, are very common and nutritious. But I love melons, berries, pineapple, mango..and plums! Don't really like bananas, but I eat them for health reasons.. same with oranges.

Umm... that said, I like bananas (in a much less twisted way), mangos, kiwis, tomatoes, and just about everything else, but those are my favs.
