No, he said Mussolini wasn't a facist, which would be pronounced Fak-ist, and which Mussolini never was. He's quibbling about spelling. It's very amusing. I laughed for seconds. Hell, I'd even push it to fractions of a minute. I fear my sides have spilt, and my intestines shall loop around me on the floor.

Well, if Good ol' Ben were a fascist, AND hung up by piano wire, I would imagine him to be a quite bloody fascist. For a time anyway.
