Unfortunately, due to a relatively mild but sticky snowfall, I have been requested by my employer to stay home.
I have the day off. Isn't that awful? :(
;) Oh well. I guess I'll have to find a way to entertain myself.

Actually, I think it was a conspiracy between the frozen water and the insurance companies. ;)

I don't really remember proper snow. I mean the stuff you can make snowmen out of and then sledge down the hill into them at high speed... that kind of snow. In England all we get now is a thin dusting of something like wet flour that is washed away at the first hint of rain or cars passing over it.
Last year I went to Minnesota for the NHL ASG and caught the tail end of the cold weather there. It was like being a kid again, but the opportunities to build snowmen and sledge into them didn't present themselves since I was 'working' most of the time. :(
