Yes, here is something I intend to post the next time I come across a flamer. Critique away. Does it suck as bad as I fear it does?

The glare is a bit annoying, but other than that, YAY!

Amusing, but liable to be construed as flamebait. I'd advise against it. However, I'll have to get a second opinion from another Moderator.

Besides which, the image is rather large. 56K users are going to hurt a bit.

After talking this over with a few other Mods, I'm going to say this:

If it's posted as a joke in situations where everybody is calm and relaxed, then it's fine (except that the image is too large; it hurts 56K users). In situations where tempers have flared and there are actual flames about, this is liable to provoke the situation further. It's best in those cases to either advocate calm reason or go get the Mods.
