As much as I believe that the Police and other authority figures are a necessity to keeping the nation from falling into anarchy I believe that giving someone [me] a ticket for "Not being ready for some football" is a blatant abuse of their power that they are suppose to use for our safety and wellbeing.

As well as being outside the law since no one is required to be ready for some football.

You were fined for "not being ready for some football"? Perhaps you can elaborate, ready for what football? Judging by the sound of this, however, that officer obviously wasn't enforcing the law.

That's nothing. I have a friend who is up on charges under terrorism laws because he channel-hopped between the big game and his favourite sitcom. I myself recently received a warning from the local police for yawning at an inappropriate moment during them driving past me at high speed while the driver of the car was clearly being fellated. Shocking really.

One time, I uh, punched a cop in the face. Then he um, uh, started crying. Then I was like "Hey you big cry baby cop, Stop crying or I will punch you again, you crybaby" He stopped.
