Do you think that these could be terrorist plotting on bringing down planes as they are taking off? I was concerned when I read the last bit of the article, where it said that the Department of Homeland Defence has issued a statement to law enforcements, saying that they have evidence that terrorist have explored using lasers as weapons.

Hmm...well, they have had similar incidents at Cleveland, Washington, Houston, Colorado Springs, Colo., New Jersey and Medford, Ore. Even if one plane is shot down from each of those cities, with about 150 people (im assuimg in the average, i know more peple than that can fit on a plane) then thats 900 deaths, and thats a lot.

Everyone go back to not worrying about it - Chess Squares says it would never work as a method, there are no terrorists in the US, and there isn't any terror war. It's all a government plot to keep everyone keen on looking for terrorists that don't exist.

Probably just a personal vendetta against another player. Just ignore him. As for the terrorism bit, it's only another reason for Americans to take up their flag and enlist. I think I may enlist when I come of age. This shit gets old.

I think he is saying enlist and go and fight them and do somethign about it, rather than sit around and hear about it all, go out and do something.

I suppose you have a point, but I wouldn't say anything the US military is doing at the moment (at least a majority of it) is going to stop any future terrorist attacks on the US. There are just as many psycho fringe groups as there ever were.
