These could get fun! Tell the truth, dont make up an elaborate story, thats no fun. I mean like, where you totally broke the other ones heart. Although all storys are amusing.

This one time, I had this GF, and she started pissing me off. I was going to break up with her that night, but in a nice way, than I saw a Seinfeld episode, and George broke up with this girl and told the truth, than I broke up with her, and said everything! We were in a restuarant, and I was practically yelling, than she started crying, and (from another Seinfeld episode) I asked for her fries, started eating them, took a sip of her wine, payed up front and left her crying.

But Im not the bad guy, she was kind of a bitch.

During highschool I had two girls interested in me. I sort of dated both of them off and on. The one girl I didn't want needed to be gotten rid of. So I told her to met me at the hamburger joint in town. I was there with my other gf, she saw us there and came over. In front of 20 or so classmates I told her it was over and went into detail. She stood their crying and ran away. She missed a whole week of school. Man I was such a jerk.

Silly thing is I got back with her a year later and we've been married for almost 40 years.

Was this before or after you were tied to a ceiling in a foreign POW camp?

Actually, the best day of my life was when my first girlfriend broke up with me. Unfortunately, that really has very little to do with it. I didn't mind, since I was going to break up with her as soon as I had a reason to talk to her. However, since the breakup was the least significant part of the day, this isn't really the best opportunity to tell the story. Sorry.
