Are you in a relationship?

I know there's the "you got a gf?" thread, but that's too self-centered on the male side, so I figured I'd put up a gender-neutral thread. :)

On topic, no i'm not in a relationship right now.

EDIT: And by "relationship," I meant "love relationship" or something like that (whichever you prefer).

Sorry for leaving that out.

Yes, I'm engaged to the most beautiful woman on the planet (sorry fellas but she is). We'll be getting married in about a year and 20 days :P

Oh, and we've been together for 5 years.

I have a girl that I am "invovled" with, but she lives in a different state so we aren't really going out. But I would like/wish to consider her my girlfriend.

My situation is complicated, I would like to think yes, but it could be no. It's a very long story, with details I know you people don't want to hear. But anyway, She's nice, not the best looking around, but I love her anyway.

Yes but she lives a whole 30-45 minutes away, but her best friend lives up here so she crashes up here for a night or two every other week. (I know high school relationships don't count but that's too bad)

I forgot to say what I meant to say, so I edited it into the first post.

Yep. I'm going out with a Chinese girl, living the westerner-in-China cliche (though in my defense, I really, really didn't come here to get a girlfriend, in fact I came here to get away from all that shite). We're having our 6 month aniversary tomorrow.

We're engaged in spirit, but until she turns eighteen we can't actually engage officially.
We have to wait till 2007. But, since Alyssa and I love each other so dearly, we can stand the wait quite easily.

I am currently in no state of relationship with any lucky girls right now, since most of the ones I know haven't reached the stage of maturity in their mentality. Placing shopping and other things before commitment. And no, I'm not a homosexual, bisexual or a chauvanist.

Yeah, exactly why I don't wanna get into a relationship... only different, cause I'm not a lesbian.

yeh i am. and don't put down teenage relationships. my uncle and aunty have been married 30 years and they started going out at 17. my gf is the most beautiful person ever and not just becasue she looks good but because as a person she is beautiful. if its about looks then its going to fail but then that is a universal fact. once you realise this and begin to look at people, not their bodies...that is when relationships can start to actually work. that realisation comes at different times for different people.

No, I'm not in a relationship.

I've been married too long, we don't relate at all anymore.
We made it to about the 25 year mark before we finally admitted we had irresolvable problems. We're still great friends [ EDIT: Actually more like really close siblings. ], but there are "certain subjects" we assiduously avoid.

I've been looking closely at three really good prospects for a future g/f. Two of them are as different from my ex as night is from day. :)

Ahem, I'm 19 (soon going to be 20), male, 6 feet, Incredibly handsome (Have David Beckham-like looks), have Olympic-like atheletesism, Have a body that could kill, have scaled the highest peaks of Mount Everest, flied around the moon, Can Break-dance, IQ of 1 billiion, drive a cool sports car Ferrarri :p, loaded with money, Can play all forms of instruments, Ambidextrous, won the secret-American Idol contest (only for the super talented people, unlike those normal shmucks), Have a swimming pool, Good in bed.

Nope. I don't have a girlfriend. It's because I've turned them all down, because they all couldn't last long enough in bed with me. Any beautiful ladies out there want to try their luck with me? :D

I'm working on it. Ask me again in a couple of weeks.

Yep. I'm going out with a Chinese girl, living the westerner-in-China cliche (though in my defense, I really, really didn't come here to get a girlfriend, in fact I came here to get away from all that shite). We're having our 6 month aniversary tomorrow.
This is what I'm aiming for, except replace "Chinese" with "Japanese". I swear to god I'm not one of those people obsessed with all things Japan. Honest. I don't even watch anime!
