Requested Flag Design

Heres a template of the logo

but I can't get the same effect as the flag above, plus it gets distorted when I try to reduce it

Your not going to be able to get the same effect because the top one is on a texture, unless your good with graphics, your not going to be able to recreate that. And if your using paint there's no surprise it's distorting when you try and make it smaller, why? Because paint is crap.

You could draw it by hand (or get someone else to) and scan it onto your computer. Also, if you're using Paint, do yourself a favour and get Paintshop Pro or Photoshop.

Sorry it's not too good, I couldn't find a decent flag to base it off. If I find one I'll do a better version. Until then I suggest cropping out the edge of the flag.

EDIT: if this isn't what you're looking for then if you could find me an image of a simple flag (ideally one colour) with the kind of creases you want in it then I can go from there.

My bad, when I meant effect, I meant the the outlined white and such.
I only need a static flag >.<
