Yep, a competitive eating contest and the food is Rocky Mountain Oysters, aka Bull Testicles.
So what's wrong with calf fries? Batter em, deep fry em, dunk em in hot sauce and mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

I've heard of it. I know a guy who went to it. I'm pretty much against eating them, it's just not right. But hey, I won't debate about it.
As long as the bulls are dead, I'm okay with it. I'd have to think that someone was making bull eunuchs just to have an eating competition.
If so, might I suggest humans? I know many humans who should not have functioning testicles. :D

yeah but still, a liver has filtered every single drop of blood that was ever in that animal ! worse still is a kidney - might as well eat a urine soaked indian rubber ball imho. and still, plenty of people eat kidney, sweetbreads, tripe, roe, tongue, whole crickets, brain... okay i'm officially grossing myself out.
suffice it to allow for different tastes and i suppose if someone is willing to eat it, better that than it go to waste.
