The closest to a superhero would be the current President, Matt Carpenter, and that's only because he's very good with his weapon and is fast enough to disarm someone with a gun if necessary. He doesn't do much of that anyway, of course; though he does keep his weapon around habitually, even during the day to day operations of the Presidency.
