it appears that some sites i go to... whenever i try to download something, it goes straight into the temporary folder.

How do i fix it, so i choose the location.

And on another note... i can never find the files in the temp folder anyways. :(

it doesn't work for all the files.

some you have to do a special number..or some other thing b4 u can dl. Or have to hit a button that leads nowhere if u go to save target.

You can probably (though I don't know anything about your browser) go into "options" or "preferences" and edit it there...

Get firefox.

By DOS games are you talking MUDs, because you can run them through applications like Telnet. Also I found out not long ago that there have been special progs written to run DOS and MUD games - so you can just download if you are missing the file.

Looked it up and I can't tell you how. I suggest using IE to play those games but FireFox to do everything else online.

That is unless DOS Box creates a FireFox compatible client. Maybe you could e-mail them about FireFox compatibility.

Anyways, good luck and enjoy FireFox!

If they are text-based, you might want to download a different program. Otherwise, I'm clueless. Sorry, dude.
