Amazon problem again
As it turns out, I had forgotten to actually pay for the DVD which is why it didn't work last time. Now my problem is that I got a gift card and entered the code where it says to enter the code. When I try to enter the code, it says that the code doesn't work and to check for missing or transposed digits. I did and kept trying, but it doesn't work.

I emailed them.
I had a similar problem where it said my certificate had already been used. Turned out that the certificate was automatically applied to my order.
Amazon support were very helpful.
