It seems like things have gone downhill over the past few days (i.e. nobody's really posting much), so I want to know what people really want to talk about.

Well then, let's discuss shoe sizes. It's damn near impossible to find a pair of Converse All-Stars knockoffs in a size 10 anymore.

a size 10 for men is like a 7 1/2 or 8 in womans size. 10 for a woman is considered big feet.

Women's size 10 -- American

Of course, when I need work boots, I have to get men's , which lets me wear a 7...kinda makes me feel better, lol

No, but size 10 is kind of big. 11 is where the crossdresser shoes usually start.

I'll combine these into one answer.

I am born and raised in the nation's breadbasket, Kansas.
Favorite TV show: Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Movie: Unbreakable.
Song: Olympia, WA by Rancid
I got my nation's name because I dressed up as a cheap Zorro for Halloween for two years. The stuff I purchased was called the El Bandito costume and the name stuck. I made the name pluarl for NS.

That's a good one. I want to talk about how I chose my nation's name. Damn, that involves alot of background information.. oh well, here goes

First of all, I'm a college sophomore. I am a Management Information Systems major. This means I am, by nature, a computer geek. I get roped into doing tech support for anyone I live near. At times, people piss me off by either being ungrateful or refusing to pay me (hell, I accept soda and old halloween candy..), so I have to find a way to get even. The most common thing I do is change the user's color scheme to something bright and unreadable. In the Jargon Dictionary, this is referred to as "angry fruit salad."
http://www.catb.org/~esr/jargon/html/A/angry-fruit-salad.html

I don't do this often, but when I do, the colors aren't the usual yellow, hot pink, and lime green. I go into the palette and work on custom colors for a few minutes..you know, actually put some thought into it.

Well, I decided to make this my calling card, so I dubbed myself Angry Fruit Salad.

OK, Ill bite on that!

Im 24, from White Rock, BC, Canada (a trendy sea town south of Vancouver), my favorite show? Well, I dont really watch enough TV anymore to still have one - but back in the day I loved Fraggle Rock. Movie? Well, Id better list a few that are topping my list right now - "A River Runs Through It", "Life Is Beautiful", "The Motorcycle Diaries", "I Heart Huckabees", and of course I have to mention "The Fox & The Hound"!!, Song? Ive been listening to a lot of Nat King Cole, so nearly anything by him, of course Edith Piaf's "La Vie en Rose", Bad Religions "Inner Logic", Bouncing Souls "Im From There", and Kris Kristofferson's "To Beat The Devil". I actually started in NS over a year ago, but was deleted and came back this fall. My nation's name is a little too complicated to explain here (its more thought out than it seems!), but it goes hand in hand with some of my puppet nations names (old and new).

Wow, thats a great book, I loved Anselmo.

Are you looking for more Hemmingway? Try "Green Hills of Africa" its great!

Otherwise, I just started some books I received for Christmas, and so far I have to say, anything by Thoreau is worth a read!

Also, if youre into the sort of tragic writing depicted in said Hemmingway book, give Stendhal's "Le Rouge et le Noir" a try, its excellent - you wont be able to put it down!

He is a hottie, but I really haven't seen many interviews with him, and I am basing leaveworthiness on personality from interviews and the kind of movies that they do. Plus, if I have too many it might worry my husband
