Valid origins of the Universe that science can't disprove

Since creationists and religious people argue that their "theory" of creation should be taught in schools because it explains gaps in scientific knowledge and science can't prove them wrong, I got to think what other theories could be there to explain the Universe that can't be disproven by science. Here is what I came up with, feel free to add your own:

1. The Universe was created after the Cosmic Cow ate from the original grass. We are poop from the Cosmic Cow.

2. A giant hammer is slowly breaking a giant rock. Each time the hammer hits the rock pieces of it fly all around, each carrying a Universe.

3. We are inside the ultimate executive toy. The Universe was created when the last Universe contracted, hit this one and set it in motion. When ours contracts it will hit the other Universe again, an so on.

4. 12-dimensional beings are running a very complicated computer simulation that we have no hope of ever understanding. By the way, we are just bugs in the programming. They'll get around to erase us.

5. We don't actually exist, we just think we do, and all science that says otherwise we just made up to stop us from not thinking that we exist.

Actually, we do exist, but we think we don't exist, and everyone else in the world is a figament of your imagination.
