You have a skewed sense of lightheartedness. Those losers should be apologizing to me for voting for that horse-faced, won't sign the 180, lying before congress, jeopardizing Vietnam POWs, medal-throwing, I have a plan but I won't tell you what it is, gigolo loser from Massachussetts, for being willing to risk the future and the security of this country on that jackhole.

One: its a joke, you're making yourselves look stupid
Two: Ken livingstones great he approves of skyscrapers
Three: what's done is done, just get on with your lives people
Four: the rest of the world owes the US nothing for exploiting it for years
Five: the US owes the world very little but reperation, the past is the past, and a new government should not be wholly accountable for actions performed when their fathers were in power.
Six: don't believe every lie about Bush and Kerry neither are as bad as they're made out to be.
Seven: it's christmas lighten up, go out and kill a neighbour or something.

Well at least Bush doesn't invite Imams into the country to speak about the need for wife beating, or the joys of blowing up jews; unlike some other politians that are apparently not mentally defective.

You don't have to - but quite a few of your fellow countrymen choose to. And many people in the rest of the world seem to appreciate it, judging by the "apology accepted" website.

Yet still, most of the world agrees that Bush is an utter idiot.

Something that could be said of most world leaders and politicians.

Of course, that means that any idiot can become the leader of most any nation, and graduate from most any college or university. And serve as an officer in any military, and serve as CEO of most any large corporation.

And such idiots manage to make far more money, live far more comfortable lifestyles, and wield far more power than anyone who reads or posts on this forum. Very, very successful idiots, if you ask me. If success were the true measure of whether or not someone was intelligent, then we're even dumber than the idiots that get elected.

It kinda makes me smile though, its nice to know that some americans recognize that with the power their nation wields throughout the globe, who they choose for a leader affects people outside their nations borders too.

To the people who didn't vote for bush, you have nothing to apologise for, because you voted for what you beleived to be right, and in this case, what I would consider the wiser choice.

To the people who did vote for bush, I don't blame you either, you did what you thought was right, but that doesn't mean I don't disagree with your choice.

The one thing that I found pretty much proves we're in need of apologizing would be the comments of some of the most respected members of Bush's former administration, such as Tommy Thompson and the one who was part of three different administrations beforehand, including Kennedy's and Nixon's that appeared on the Daily Show a few weeks ago, even they agreed the way the administration was run is a total disgrace and there's nothing good that could be said about it.
