The line between harassment and free speech just got a bit murkier?

Which slippery slope do you want to slide down?

Meh.

Some women don't know how to handle men.

The exposing thing probably could have ended if she did something like look down and say "Poor you! Is that all you have?"

Ah well.....

Certainly the one with more free speech. I view the 1st Amendment as the most important, dare I say sexiest, amendment in the U.S. Constitution. I don't think that limiting what a person can say is ever ethical. Ever.

I think its nuts what some people classify as sexual harrassment today. Its rediculous. If you send a funny/racey e-mail now and someone walks by your computer and gets a glimpse of it, they can sue the company if it happens to offend them. Give me a break....

Its one thing to ask for a BJ and if its not granted, then you get treated differently or fired, but all this petty crap needs to stop.

Is this sexual harrassment I wonder--------> :fluffle:

If so, I'm due for court anyday now.

I'm slightly concerned about the discriminatory aspects, but the free speech aspects, I'm all for it.

From what I've read, she had full warning of what to expect. And what did she expect? She was in a whole room full of people like me. :) These are people whose job it is to straddle that line as often as possible. If not to cross it completely.

Though, I must admit, I don't like the idea of a hostile work environment, I question what made it hostile; the environment, or her reaction to it.

Not the way tradition dictates. For instance, traditional golf doesn't allow low blows. For that matter, body contact is more or less frowned upon in traditional golf.

I can play Miniature goof....err....golf like nobodys business. I tried real golf once and almost wrapped the driver around my head. Though I wouldnt mind driving the cart around and enjoying the scenery I suppose.

I love how this started off as a serious discussion, and in less than a page turned into this :D

The last think I want to do is turn free speech vs. sexual harassment into a political debate. :D
