If he's not still being poisoned the dioxin will clear out of his body in years or decades (depending on the type of dioxin). It will increase his cancer risk though.

i didnt recognise him, when he was on tv, if you look at a before and after shot then he looks awful, as if he's aged 30 years in 3 weeks
