Why is it when one poll shows his approval rating below 50%, all of a sudden, there's a big article on how everyone wants him out?

Which is not always a bad thing, but Rummy is a low quality machine with a bad PR department and no ability to keep it clandestine. Soviet Union, Stasi, Gestapo- effective machine.
