Here it is - hot off the press.

"No 'Negotiating with Myself' for Bush"

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - In Washington, there are plenty of ways to say "no comment," but President Bush offered his own formulation on Monday, when he refused to "negotiate with myself in public."

I'm sorry, no political bashing. I just thought that line was funny.

" I refuse top negotiate for myself with myself. I mean with myself against myself. Oops. I will not negotiate with myself at all. Not even for terrorists."

Oh the possibilities are endless.

Yeah I saw him saying that this morning and it gave me a chuckle. I know he was just trying to explain that the President doesn't have the power to make laws, but it's always a hoot watching him try to explain .... anything. :D

If he is a product of the Ivy league I'm suprised they still get any students. :D
Or maybe this is just elitist talk and we are the dumb ones for not seeing it. :p

I saw the speech, he was trying to say that he didn't wish to show his cards before playing the game in congress. Understandable, but you couldn't pick a worse way to explain it.

That's a term first coined in the eighties. It's a real term that has been used quite often. The fact that you seem intent on insulting him before looking this up makes you the dumbass

Yeah, people. Don't misunderestimate him. He knows how hard it is to put food on your family. (real quotes!)

And don't forget Kerry would have taxed the middle class. That means you and him.
