No. Manchester. Lots of interesting things happen here. Just the other day Rusholme was closed off because we had a bank robbery (a real one too with hostages and everything apparently).

Doesn't suprise me. Our local butcher has been selling antichristian chops under the counter lately too. Only to local people mind.

My brother's just started working for Barclays down in Devon. Apparently, the Moss Side employees all used to meet three miles away from the branch, and then got taxis into the branch together, so they all arrived at the same time, got in a locked up again as quickly as possible. Then at closing time they'd do the same going the other way.

Er, good luck mate.

Not to make it sound like a warzone or anything. But gang fights have held traffic all the way to the city centre, and recently there was a stabbing. And only today a teenager was found shot in the head. (OK, that wasn't in Rusholme, but just down the road)

Ha ha.

Not to sound sadistic, but it doesn't surprise me.

Also apparently (according to Sky 1 anyway), the Longsite Crew are one of the most dangerous gangs in the UK. GO MANCHESTER!

Yes, Longsight is supposed to be pretty bad. At least in Moss Side it's usually criminals killing other criminals.

I live a street away from one of the top ten most dangerous pubs in Britain, according to Sky. Its OK though, they don't do anything in our neighbourhood as their mums and grans would tell them off.

It wasn't that exciting. The coppers taped the area off and diverted all of the traffic. Many, many people ended up being late for work/lectures (the buses took a hilariously long and weaving route").

The one time I don't have my camera with me, a bank gets robbed. Sod's fucking law!
