A major piss-me-off

Indianapolis plays Baltimore tonight.

Peyton's supposed to break Dan Marino's single-season record for TD passes this game, and guess what? It's only on ESPN.

Living out in the boonies, I only get broadcast TV--no cable. Every game so far this season has been on the networks, and every game remaining will be. But not this game--of all games, this one.

Although, it'd be so awesome if he broke the record against Baltimore. After all, they hate the Colts for sneaking out of their town in the middle of the night 20 years ago.

It's a great time to be a Colts fan--best offense in the NFL, best quarterback now in the NFL--possibly the best quarterback ever, a defense that's ten times better than last year's...wow.

He won't break it. At best he'll tie it, and the Ravens D is making him look bad so far. You'll get to see him throw like nine thousand more TDs against San Diego and Denver.

And the Patriots are still better.

Chalk this up to reason #478 why it sucks to be a Dolphins fan in 2004...now we can't even hold onto our own records. Oh well, at least the football gods made the Patriots play Pittsburgh...and the Steelers play Baltimore...although the Pats still got that bogus 21 games in a row thing going on, so people still think they can shaft the '72 Dolphins. **sigh** Such good days they were when we went 10-6 and missed the playoffs...
