Should Education be striped from state control

If you fully believe in evolution, you must be retarded as it is a theory, just like creationism. Everyone is retarded then who believes in any theory.

STFU, nOOb.

Unfortunately there hasn't been a Supreme Court willing to enforce this for a while it seems :(

Unfortunately... that is correct.

The 9th and 10th Ammendments should be written on the walls of every federal building.

CREATIONISM IS NOT A THEORY!

Idiots.

Actually, idiot, creationism can be a theory.

Exactly! Allow these parents who want to teach creationism and the like send their little angels to schools with their preferred curriculums in lieu of real studies.
I wouldn't be worried about these slackjawed wunderkinds undercutting me in tomorrows market.

And on the zevend daay... Gawd kreayeted the 2nd Ammendent.

How would not believing totally in the theory of evolution keep someone from being left behind in the job market? Unless of course you want to become a science teacher at a public school. Last time I checked, my job didn't require a belief in evolution (Real Estate).

I attended catholic schools (even though I'm not), as my mother wanted me to have the best education possible, which it was in our area. Math and science were hugely important to the sisters, and they made sure we excelled at both. We did learn some of the theories of evolution, but it was not taught as fact.

BTW what is a b-jay? Do you mean b-j? At least get it right, small-fry.

Oh and about my "mammy", if you like doing that to ashes, then be my guest, but you might want to seek professional help. Are you 80 years old, cause if not you really couldn't have been my daddy as I'm in my late 50's. ;)

Nice try though.

Since civility seems to be a foreign concept to some of the posters here -- lockination.

Please leave the 'yo mama' flaming in the schoolyard where it belongs.
