I'd say either Kim Jong-il or Robert Mugabe.

Tough choice. I lean toward Kim Jong-Il because he's willing to let his people starve to death while he spends who knows hom many millions on making an atomic bomb that he would never dare use anyway. What a yutz.

Does Osama count?
Because if it's not Osama, it's Kim Jong Il.

Pinochet wasn't so bad, as dictators go. His economic reforms paved the way for his own downfall.

I voted for Kim.

Unfortunately, many of them are.

They have a bit of a point. If you look at capability to do evil, George Bush has the highest- he rules the only superpower. The rest are minor nuisances. Still, he isn't exactly evil in the EVUL way, a bit unbalanced and unreasonable.

Kim Jong-Il, hands down. He starves his people, and anyone who doesn't worship him is sent to their gulags.

Bush's social policies are a disgrace. But if you want evil...look at the guy who abolished democratic elections of governors. Putin is dangerous.

I am, maybe Bush isn't evil with USA, but what about the world? (not "the rest of the world" as the americans says).
Bush has not the right to talk about an "axis of evil" when he order to destroy a country (Iraq), because somebody tell him that Sadam was a "danger" for USA...Chemical and atomics bombs in Iraq?? my @$$!!!! :sniper:

George Bush is actually only one behind Kim now.

Unbelieveable. Kim has seen 10% of his country die of famine (while keeping his army well-fed), and George Bush is worse.

No matter your beef with "Dubya", there's no way he can compare to the likes of Putin or Kim Jong-il. I voted for Jong-il, by the way.

Now, I can see that Putin is not a pleasant fellow, but how is he the most evil? He doesn't force political prisoners to work in Siberia, nor does he engineer famines. Besides, checks and balances still exist on Putin, even though they are diminished. He is not an absolute dictator (and probably won't be), nor does he rank with the likes of Kim or Mugabe.

Vladimir Putin is not the most evil right now, but I believe that he has the potential to become a horrrible dictator. Worse than Stalin perhaps.

Oh my, I'm sorry, I withdraw my vote for Bush. Alabamaa approves of him, so it is I suppose that sets the standards of what is right. Why don't you move to China where your fascist ideals of not allowing people to have an opinion is welcome. It makes about as much sense as someone who voted for Bush to move to France.

And by the way, I wouldn't say any of these rulers are "evil", but to say that they have committed heinous acts is accurate. And although I'm not agreeing with the nazi, but Ariel Sharon definitely would make that list if you were a homeless Palestinian.

The guy who used the Camir Rouge(Khmer Rouge)--I think he was the Cambodian leader...damn!!! I will have to look it up.

That is one evil SOB.
EDIT: I just read he died a few years ago.
I will look over that list again later.

I´d consider either Furious George or Pygmy-Man.

Pygmy-Man can only terrorize his own people, while Furious George´s domestic, foreign and economical policies have the potential to kill tens of thousands and enslave or subjugate millions.

Not to mention he´s into religion, religion and politics bedding in is ALWAYS a bad idea and noone can deny Furious George´s religious nut-jobism.

However (!) I don´t think he´s truly evil (and evil is what we´re talking about), more like misguided and ... crazy. That´s why my vote goes to Kim-Jong Il in the end.

I alos miss Ariel Sharon on that list, the Saudi-Kings, General Musharraf and that guy in Bellarussia, who´s a pretty mean son of a bitch as well.

I agree, Putin IS dangerous, but in his case the means might justify the end. He´s certainly authoritarian and maybe even close to fascism/ totalitarism, but he is certainly NOT evil. A bit of a crook maybe, but not evil.
