These two are as perfect a match as say.... Israel and Nazi Germany in my opinion, but lets have a debate on the subject.

I also find Pakistan and India pretty frightening. Both have nukes and share a large border, and have a very long history of harbouring religious and political extremists within high ranking positions of their government.

That giving nukes to people who think they will be reincarnated is a happy scenario (of course this can be expanded to encompass other religions with similar view, like fundy Christians who think they're going to heaven )
