The history of a Last will and testament

I wonder if this was a case where a man thought God said trains not brains and replied with a no thanks, I don't need any. Because it seems awfully odd that the only time people have been willing to give it all away is when they are already dead. Has anyone ever met someone that gave it all away (willingly) to help people without performing a harmful activity that harms another person in anyway (war)? Last person I can remember is Jesus.

This seems odd to you?

Last person I can remember is Jesus.

Yeah, but let's put that into perspective. What did Jesus really have in the first place? Hello, 'son of a carpenter in an occupied state' here!

"You are old, Father William," the young man said,
"And your hair has become very white;
And yet you incessantly stand on your head--
Do you think, at your age, it is right?"

"In my youth," Father William replied to his son,
"I feared it might injure the brain;
But, now that I'm perfectly sure I have none,
Why, I do it again and again."

What did he have? Everlasting love. A love that no other has been able to match nor ever match.

Though there aren't many in this world, there are some. What about all the people who helped Jews and other oppressed peoples during the Holocaust? Many died. What about Gandhi? Though he didn't die, he was willing to. Those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are plenty more. And Jesus didn't really die for anyone...he just died because he was preaching a fringe, supposedly subversive religions, and he pissed off the Romans.

Oh yeah, that. Well I give that away all the time. Do I make the list?

A love that no other has been able to match nor ever match.

Is that a challenge? ;)

Actually, I think he's pretty dead.

Man, have I ever been there.

Goddamnit! I forgot he was assassinated. And even if he wasn't, he'd still be dead. Damn you, faulty memory and ambiguous diction! Damn you!

Is that a challenge?

I think this is where our little competitive gene may actually pay off in a real sense.

Let's hope so.
Okay: ready, set, ... LOVE!
