I need help finding the article, “What Democracy is…and is Not” by Schmitter and Karl (I don't remember their first names). I Googled it, and all I found were a bunch of links to college websites that gave syllabuses of lectures, etc., but not the article itself. Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thank you very much!

It was published in the Journal of Democracy in '91. Project Muse has back-issues of this journal online, but only as far back as '95.
Given the date of issue - this is likely to be a tough one to find as somebody would have had to retype it in and publish it to the web. Small journals such as this generally weren't issuing electronic copies that long ago.
