TIN's political rant...

The Imperial Navy

I've had enough of this constant war between Lefties and righties.

I'm an agnostic in all sense. I won't believe there is progress until I see proof. Now for my rant:

Quit wineing about each others policies! All politics are flawed, corrupt, and evil.

Bush: Annoying texan with learning difficulties, who started a war to distract america from it's real problems, including it's lack of welfare, it's crumbling education system, and dying economy.

Kerry: Self centered arrogant asshole, who would have most likely fucked up america completely with over-liberal laws.

I'm sick of this... The candidates are always either far right, or far left. I want a central, unbiased view that runs the country with honor.

But that'll never happen. The 2 party system forbids it. I suggest you americans try and campaign for a better system, before it's too late.

"But out of our policies, you british butthole! Go back to your toad in the hole and mash!"

No. Until you butt out of the rest of the worlds policies, you can expect me to never give up fighting for a better world. Besides, I do not eat toad in the hole. Stop interfering with other nations just because they don't want to be capitalist.

And finally, yet again, quit wineing, you Bush AND lefty hating morons. You both suck.

Thank you.

And yes, it would be annoying-so annoying that somthing may actually result from it.

My advice is simple-stop taking sides and realise that they all suck.

So no point or argument is more valid than any other?

I suppose that since there is no good way to get from point A to point B you just prefer to remain lost.

Where I come from, we know all politics suck. That is why apathy is so large. That annoys me, as they could end it all if they just stood up for what they believe in.

I am NOT lost. The world is clearer to me now than it has ever been. It is people who endlessly critisise but do nothing that annoy me. I always take action to do what I think is right-it's just because I am the only one, there is such little impact... why? Because everyone is squabbling instead of doing somthing about it.

It is you my friend, who is lost.

It is I who continue trying to figure everything out. It is you who have giving up looking and made the best out of what you have got. So we are both still lost, you just don't care.

What good is action for me. I have no political aspirations, I just simply want to understand things better, that comes from debate. If someone can actually open my head up to another idea, or show me that I am wrong about something, then I have accomplished something that you apparently never will.

I by the way am also religiously agnostic.

I'm an agnostic in all senses. It is already easy to see the ideas of what is wrong in this world, and a keen interlect is all you need, to simply watch the news and see all the cynical political ploys. It sickens me. Every night, i think of ways I can fight for what i don't agree with. Instead of voicing my concerns with strangers, I march forth, voicing my concerns to the people who matter.

I speak for what I believe in, not what I herd about. This is the major flaw of some on this forum. They read a news story, and believe it. I am more mindful of these things-often it is just slander.

I'm going to stop this argument now, as I have great respect for your views. A fellow agnostic deserves recognition for what HE believes in.

Being an agnostic, I was not convinced by that film. All I saw was an excuse to show off special effects... but the philosophy has obsessed by Step-father, and he now mentions it often. Man thats annoying.

What's the best is when people marvel over how it is based on the Man in the Cave allegory.

Like it was actually based on philosophy, or even if it was that the use of a very well known ancient greek fable would be significant in any way.

If it's one thing I hate, it's people who think they're better than everyone else. To be honest I consider my family first and me last, My life is completely unimportant, and many in real life choose not to listen to me.

Nah-I'm not important for one reason-I see life as pointless. Thus I seek to make happy those who actually have a purpose with their life.

on the plus side however I see suicide as the cowards way out.

I don't see much point in the "regular" route through life: Go to school, get good grades, get a decent job, get married, have kids, retire.

Personally, I don't think there's much point if you don't try to make a difference to people's lives, whether it's by inventing stuff, being a doctor, cheering people up, whatever.

Hang on, if you've got the game, couldn't you just copy the sound files? I suppose the type of music file differs between games, but some have music that you could play in Media Player. EDIT: Nope, my mistake.

Heh, joking. I know the frustration of finally finding the perfect song that you were looking for, playing it and finding that it sounds like it was done with a 20 year old broken keyboard.

Hmmm, the song's quite interesting. I wouldn't just sit listening to it, but it makes good background music. For taking over the world.
