(Noun) Someone who is suffering from the incurable mental illness also known as 'being French' symptoms - stupidity, self-righteousness, anti-american extremism, gross hypocrisy, and easily manipulated into believing that France is superior to America.
Some people, sadly, suffer from 'frogtardism by proxy' whereby there are not french as such, but have been manipulated by the mass media into thinking that the french are somehow cool. These can be spotted by their blue berets, especially backwards, and the constant use of french words and phrases instead of perfectly adequate English ones.
Political frogtardism is what happens when non-frenchies defend and adhere to the intellectually collapsing beliefs of most french, so that, politically, they might as well be french.
"Let me see, he is smoke stained, stupid, ignorant and loud, he must be suffering from frogtardism, poor bastard", said the shrink.
