YANKTARD
(Adj) Someone who is suffering from the incurable mental illness also known as 'being american' symptoms - stupidity, self-righteousness, religious extremism, gross obesity, and easily manipulated into believing the American dream actually exists.
Some people, sadly, suffer from 'yanktardism by proxy' whereby there are not american as such, but have been manipulated by the mass media into thinking that yanks are somehow cool. These can be spotted by their wearing baseball caps, especially backwards, and the constant use of American words and phrases instead of perfectly adequate English ones.
Political yanktardism is what happens when non americans defend and adhere to the extreme right wing political beliefs of most americans, so that, politically, they might as well be american.
