...that Kerry has been catching up to Bush in post-election vote counting?

http://www.uselectionatlas.org/USPRESIDENT/national.php?f=0

Bush's 3.51 million vote lead on Election Day has shrunk to 3.03 million, and his winning 3% popular vote is down to 2.48%.

Interesting. Has all this been coming from the provisional ballots?

Yeah, the site switches them, irritating as all hell. But otherwise an invaluable resource, especially their county by county comparisons to 2000, as well as population density maps.

*Yawn* Don't care. Election is over. Kerry conceded with integrity and the Ohio votes were certified yesterday. Game over. Please don't drag this into 2008 like you guys have been doing with 2000. Get over it, please for the love of God. Aw shit, I just said the G-word. Don't flame me!

Nope. It was 3% (now down to 2.5%), but other than that, I don't know where you got those numbers.

Bush's lead is now down to 2,991,437 popular votes. That equates to a 2.45% win over Kerry.

Pennsylvania and Maine still have yet to certify.

I wish these numbers could have been reported earlier. The news stations have already ingrained in everyone's minds 3%, 3.5 million popular votes.

On another note, Bush's margin has dropped below Woodrow's Wilson's 1916 re-election margin.

Meaning Bush is officially the closest re-elected president in American history.

And before some twat jumps in here with a "BUSH WON JUST SHUT UP ALREADY!!!1"...yes, I know Bush won.

Now this is interesting.

What will happen if after all this it turns out that Kerry won fair and square?

Also what would happen if too much fraud was found and the election was called invalid?

For example: http://www.commondreams.org/headlines04/1106-30.htm

There was something elsee I wanted to ad but I forgot while looking for that link. :p

I also saw this on Fark.com
