Radiate (harm & let it be known) the one(s) that cooks up filth and those that use it to infect 'real' issues.
Whoever said this didn't like a person or group, and plains to kill or destroy someone or something they need to survive. Its like symbolism. The "threshed infector filth" is someone somebody who may pose a threat, and the chef, is like there food, something the need.
