Not sure it counts, but when I'm high I eat Cool Ranch Doritos with chocolate ice cream.
Ohhh boy... where to start.
I have to have every food type in a meal (say, peas, potatos, meat etc) not only separate on one plate, but all on separate dishes.
I can only eat pizza with olives if there are six olives one each slice, in a way I can have one olive for every mouthful.
I prefer McDonald's chips ice cold to luke warm (hot is better than both though).
I peel the red coats off of jaffas (the red, chocolate candy) and let the chocolate melt on my fingers before eating it.
There are a whole bunch more... I'm super weird with food. 's why I always insist I'm 'not hungry' when I'm not in a position to make my own food. I don't think I could handle another person preparing my food.
Mainly because I'm insane, I assume.

I refuse to eat lettuce on my sandwiches/tacos/whatever as a garnish, but have no qualms about eating a salad. I don't think I'd consider that weird, just picky. I ate a whole jar of pickles once in one night. And I hate ice in my drinks (again, just picky).

I can't eat peaches, plums, nectarines etc, or mushrooms without feeling very sick as they remind me of eating human flesh.
Also before I eat a pizza I must put at least 21 grinds (don't know the termanology; one 180 degree rotation of the wrist controlling the grinding mechanism of the pepper grinder) of black pepper on it.

Mullerice on bread/toast...brown sauce sandwiches...mango chutney on anything (goes very well on a slice of lemon), or just by itself, in very large quantities...melted cheese on burnt spaghetti...bacon fried in beer (oh so nice - Newcastle Brown Ale seems to be the best)...marzipan, by itself, in large quantities...same with cheese...and I refuse to drink canned pepsi, bottled pepsi is fine though. Can't think of anything else at the moment, but I'm sure there are some.

I can drink orange juice, but actually eating the flesh of an orange makes me throw up.
Sandwiches-
-I cut up sandwiches, and eat them with a fork :)
-I dip my bits of grilled cheese sandwiches into ketchup
-I make myself tomato sandwiches (tomatos and bread)
-I put honey and bananas on my peanut butter sandwiches (only way I can eat them)
Food Arrangement-
-I eat one thing at a time
-I HATE it when my food mixes together, so much so that I will completely wash off my plate before putting something else on it
-The only things that CAN mix together are mashed potatoes, corn, and cottage cheese
Other-
-I dip french fries into strawberry milkshakes
-I dislike ketchup on anything but grilled cheese, and use mustard instead
-I eat "raw" or uncooked ramen noodles straight from the package
-I HATE pulp. I will strain my juices before I will drink the pulp
I'm sure I have others I don't know about :).

I eat everything separately. Sure, I eat things all on the same plate, but one thing at a time.
Condiments must be kept separate, bur some foods can touch.
Milkshakes are all right, but they must be very thick, as drinking thin milkshakes remind me of drinking milk...I can't stand milk, especially flavored milk.
I will pour way too much hot sauce on just about anything and insist it isn't spicy. I have yet to eat Chinese food that's spicy enough for me. On the other hand, I had some chips the other day with some Habanero salsa that almost burned a hole in my mouth.
I absolutely refuse to dip fries in ketchup, but will dip them in just about anything else - barbecue sauce, Ranch dressing, hot mustard, etc. though I can't imagine dipping them in milkshakes.
I freaked my girlfriend out the other day by telling her i had pheasant for lunch...tasted a lot like chicken, it did. She freaked out by me eating deer too...just like sausage, thank you.

Hmm..lessee
Ranch on spaghetti.
When I was younger, I'd mix up cheetos and plain yogurt.
I've drank tabasco sauce, and wanted more.
I drink pickle juice.
I can't stand pulp.
I mix a dish called chello kabob (meat patties, more or less), with rice, yogurt that has cucumbers, mint, and onions it it, with another side dish that has diced tomatoes, red onions, and basalmic vinegar.
I will only eat mushrooms and carrots if I'm about to pass out from hunger.Otherwise, I take my time to carefully pick through the food to ensure I got rid of 'em all. Meh..maybe that's just pickiness.
When I eat pizza, I try to make it so that I have some onions, green peppers, pepperoni, etc in each bite.
Macaroni and cheese with spaghetti sauce is great. Also goes well with ketchup.
I like to crush up a lot of crackers and put that into my chili, with a very, very large amount of cheese.
When having enchiladas, I like to mix up the rice, beans, and extra sauce.
I've got a friend who'll put ranch on literally almost anything.

You know how popcorn looks like a bunch of little "pods" pieced together? I have to eat each pod separately, from order of smallest pod to largest pod.
I freeze my candy bars. I refuse to eat chocolate that has even melted slightly.
Nothing on my plate can touch without my consent. If two pieces of food touch each other, I throw out the part thats been touched, or swallow if I have to. However, I might have decided earlier that meal to mix those two foods together, and liked it. I will still throw it out if it wasn't mixed with my consent.
I put Old Bay seasoning on most foods. Not regularly, but if I've eaten it, chances are I've eaten it with Old Bay too.
