I'm doing a paper on how Shi'ite muslims view women's rights.
Any help with info, sources, or other general ideas would be appreciated.
If you lack any of the above three, sarcasm is also accepted.

So why not just ask a muslim?
There is an episode of the BBC series "The Peoples Century" which has a major focus on Shi'ite Iran, and shows women in bikini's on the beach pre-ayatollah, and women robed up after he came to power. So i'd guess their rights are pretty restricted.
I'm not much help, am I? :p
EDIT- I found this http://www.sedona.net/pahlavi/women.html which gives a quick rundown of what it was like during the Shah's reign.
