Okay, a quick examination of "Serafima"s recent posts shows some sexually implicit material, but nothing that quite falls under the "obscene" clause of the NationStates Terms and Conditions.
However, the concerns expressed here do seem to be serious enough to warrant more than just a quick once-over by a single Moderator; it might turn out that a friendly word form a Mod is called for. Unfortunately, I don't have time to look at this in detail right now, so I'm not taking action as yet.
Challenging someone to a "whore-off" does not bode well. However, no NationStates rules have been broken in this topic, thus far. Hence, I'm allowing the topic to remain open, but I will be reviewing it later.
