Or what are they used for usually?
I tried googling.
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. The first one is used for making hydrogen peroxide (for hair colouring?)
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus Is to make Yogurt?
Alpha-hemolytic streptococci. It's a disease is it? Causes Pharyngitis?
Enterobacteriaceae. A family of bacteria. Mostly pathogens?

Correct on all counts ... though Alpha-hemolytic streptococci is a common bacteria found in the skin and vagina and is generally harmless under normal circumstances.
